THIS SUNDAY 4/15
This Sunday Pastor Steve returns to the Sermon Series, The Church in Ephesus: The Stories It Tells.
"Every church that has existed for as many years as the church in Ephesus has many stories to tell from one generation to the next. It will be known in its community for the people who have been associated with it, the deeds it has done, and for the message it portrays. Most of all it will be known by Christ. There are lessons to be learned for sure, but most importantly, 'What is the Spirit saying to the church today, my church, the church I attend'?”
We have looked at the several stories the church in Ephesus tells us from the book of Revelation and then Paul’s letter to the Ephesians. Now we will turn to Paul’s last known letter, 2 Timothy for another story.

Life Groups meet throughout the week all over the South End. Life Groups are intended to be more than just an evening with friends, they are designed to foster transformational environments where people can journey and do life together wherever life happens. We encourage you to find a group that is the right fit. Whether you are new to our church or have been here for a while, we encourage you to visit one or as many groups as you would like. Once you are settled in a group, dig in and rejoice in doing life with one another, all the while making a big deal out of Christ.

"What happens when we live God's way? He brings gifts into our lives, much the same way that fruit appears in an orchard- things like affection for others, exuberance about life, serenity. We develop a willingness to stick with things, a sense of compassion in the heart, and a conviction that a basic holiness permeates things and people. We find ourselves involved in loyal commitments, not needing to force our way in life, able to marshal and direct our energies wisely". (Galatians 5:22-23 The Message)
